Hosting Subscription Billing

Hosting services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Hosting charges begin when:

  • A hosting service is activated
  • A server is launched
  • A hosting subscription is created

Hosting subscriptions remain active until canceled by the user or terminated according to platform policies.

Hosting Add-On Billing

Hosting add-ons are billed separately from hosting subscriptions.

Examples include:

  • Daily Backups
  • Uptime Monitoring
  • Malware Scanner
  • Speed Scanner
  • Maintenance Plans

Billing begins when the add-on is activated and ends when the add-on is canceled.
Users can activate, deactivate, or change add-ons directly through the platform.

Support Credit Purchases

Support Credits are purchased separately from hosting services.

Credits:

  • Are charged at the displayed rate at the time of purchase
  • Are added to the account wallet after successful payment
  • Can be used across websites connected to the account

One credit represents one hour of tracked service work unless otherwise stated.

Invoices

Invoices are automatically generated for eligible transactions.

Invoices may include:

  • Hosting charges
  • Add-on charges
  • Credit purchases
  • Service fees
  • Taxes where applicable

Users may access invoice history through the platform.

Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes required by their jurisdiction.
Where required by law, taxes may be added to invoices and displayed during checkout.

Automatic Payments

By activating recurring services, users authorize Webueno to automatically charge the selected payment method for:

  • Hosting subscriptions
  • Add-ons
  • Recurring services

Automatic billing continues until the service is canceled.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, Webueno may:

  • Retry the payment
  • Notify the user
  • Restrict access to certain services
  • Suspend active subscriptions

Users are responsible for resolving failed payments promptly.

Service Suspension for Non-Payment

Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid.

Suspension may affect:

  • Hosting services
