Because different services are delivered in different ways, refund eligibility varies depending on the product or service involved.

Cancel Anytime

Webueno does not require long-term contracts.

Users may:

  • Cancel hosting services
  • Cancel add-ons
  • Stop purchasing credits
  • Close their account

At any time through the platform or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically create eligibility for refunds.

Hosting Cancellations

Hosting subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

When hosting is canceled:

  • Future recurring billing stops
  • Active hosting services remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated
  • Users are responsible for downloading or migrating website data before service termination

Webueno is not responsible for data loss resulting from failure to migrate or back up websites before cancellation.

Hosting Refunds

Hosting services are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Exceptions may be considered in cases involving:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Accidental charges verified by Webueno

Approved refunds are issued at Webueno’s discretion.

Hosting Add-On Cancellations

Users may deactivate hosting add-ons at any time.

Examples include:

  • Daily Backups
  • Uptime Monitoring
  • Malware Scanner
  • Speed Scanner
  • Maintenance Plans

Cancellation stops future recurring billing.
Previously delivered services remain non-refundable.

Maintenance Plan Refunds

Maintenance services involve recurring work, monitoring, and update management.

As a result:

  • Completed maintenance work is non-refundable
  • Active maintenance periods are non-refundable
  • Previously performed maintenance services are non-refundable

Users may cancel future maintenance cycles at any time.

Support Credits

Support Credits are prepaid service credits used for professional services.
Credits may be purchased in advance and stored within the user’s account wallet.

Used Credits

Credits that have been used for completed work are non-refundable.

Examples include:

  • Development work
  • Design work
  • SEO services
  • Troubleshooting
  • Malware cleanup
  • Integrations
  •  Optimization services

Once work has been completed and credits have been consumed, refunds are generally not available.

Unused Credits

Unused credits may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis.

Factors considered may include:

  • Purchase date
  • Account history
  • Service usage
  • Promotional discounts

Approved refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees.
Webueno reserves the right to deny refund requests where abuse, fraud, or excessive refund activity is suspected.

Service Work

Professional service work is billed based on actual tracked time.

Users receive visibility into:

  • Ticket history
  • Time tracking records
  • Work performed
  • Supporting activity logs

Because service work represents time already invested, completed work is generally non-refundable.

Billing Errors

If a user believes a charge was made incorrectly, they should contact Webueno support as soon as possible.

Examples may include:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Incorrect subscription charges
  • Processing errors

Webueno will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

Disputed Charges

Before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with a payment provider, users are encouraged to contact Webueno support.

Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through normal support channels.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Service suspension
  • Account termination

Account Cancellation

Users may request account closure at any time.

Before closing an account, users should:

  • Download invoices
  • Export necessary data
  • Download website backups
  • Migrate hosted websites if applicable

Account closure may result in loss of access to:

  • Hosting services
  • Website data
  • Tickets
  • Historical reports
  • Platform records

Data Retention After Cancellation

Webueno may retain certain information after cancellation for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Financial reporting
  • Security purposes
  • Fraud prevention

Data retention practices are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Agency Accounts

Agency users remain responsible for:

  • Their own client agreements
  • Client billing arrangements
  • Service pricing
  • Refund policies provided to their clients

Webueno is not responsible for disputes between agencies and their customers.

Promotional Offers

Special promotions, discounts, referral rewards, and bonus credits may have separate refund conditions.

Promotional credits generally:

  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May not be refundable

Specific terms will be disclosed when promotions are offered.

Exceptional Circumstances

Webueno may choose to provide credits, refunds, account adjustments, or other accommodations in exceptional situations.
Such decisions are made individually and do not establish future obligations or precedents.

Processing Refunds
