These terms apply to agencies, consultants, freelancers, and businesses participating in Webueno’s partner ecosystem.
The Webueno Agency Partner Program is designed for agencies and professionals who want to:

Participation in the Agency Partner Program does not require:
Partners may use the platform as needed and pay only for services utilized.

The agency remains responsible for managing relationships with its own clients.
Agency Partners remain solely responsible for:

Revenue sharing remains active for as long as the associated website remains hosted through Webueno and remains eligible under program requirements.
Webueno reserves the right to modify commission structures with reasonable notice.
Agency Partners may add their own margins to Webueno service rates.

The agency determines the final pricing charged to its clients.
Webueno is not responsible for agency pricing decisions or disputes between agencies and their customers.
Agency Partners may refer additional agencies to Webueno.
Qualified agency referrals may generate recurring revenue.

Revenue sharing remains active for as long as the referred agency remains an active Webueno customer and continues to qualify under program requirements.
To qualify for agency referral revenue:
