Support Credits Policy

This Support Credits Policy explains how Webueno credits work, how they are purchased, used, tracked, and managed within the platform. The credit system allows users to access Webueno’s professional teams for WordPress-related services without long-term contracts or fixed monthly retainers.

What Are Support Credits?

Support Credits are the billing unit used for professional services provided through the Webueno platform.

Services may include:

  • WordPress development
  • Website maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Design services
  • SEO services
  • Speed optimization
  • Malware cleanup
  • API integrations
  • Technical support

Unless otherwise stated:

1 Credit = 1 Hour of Service Work

Credits are stored inside your Webueno account wallet and can be used across all websites connected to your account.

How Credits Work

Credits are consumed based on actual time tracked by Webueno team members while working on approved tasks.

Examples:

  • 30 minutes of work = 0.5 credit
  • 1 hour of work = 1 credit
  • 2.5 hours of work = 2.5 credits

Only time actively spent working on assigned tasks is deducted.

Purchasing Credits

Credits may be purchased directly through the Webueno platform.

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Quantity purchased
  • Promotions
  • Partner programs
  • Agency discounts

Larger credit packages may qualify for discounted hourly rates. Current pricing and discounts are displayed inside the platform.

Website Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

  • Website content
  • Domain names
  • Databases
  • Media files
  • Custom code

Webueno does not claim ownership of your website or its content.

Credit Wallet

All purchased credits are stored in your account wallet. Credits are account-based rather than website-based. This means credits can be used across multiple websites connected to your account.

The wallet displays:

  • Available credits
  • Credit purchase history
  • Credit usage history
  • Pending work estimates

Requesting Work

Users may submit work requests through:

  • The Webueno ticketing system
  • Approved email channels
  • White-label agency channels (where applicable)

Each request becomes a ticket where users can:

  • Track progress
  • Upload files
  • Communicate with team members
  • Review completed work

Time Tracking & Transparency

Webueno uses an internal time-tracking system to ensure transparency.

Tracked information may include:

  • Team member assigned
  • Time worked
  • Activity records
  • Screenshots captured during active work sessions
  • Ticket history

Users can review tracked time directly inside the platform.

Estimates

Webueno may provide estimated hours before work begins. Estimates are intended to help users understand expected effort and cost. However, estimates are not guarantees.

Actual time may vary based on:

  • Project complexity
  • Additional requirements
  • Third-party limitations
  • Unexpected technical issues

Users may request approval before work continues beyond an agreed estimate.

Ticket Limits & Approvals

Users may set optional controls including:

  • Maximum hours per ticket
  • Approval requirements
  • Budget limits

If enabled, work may pause when limits are reached until additional approval is provided.

Credit Usage Notifications

The platform may notify users when:

  • Credits are low
  • Credits are exhausted
  • Ticket limits are reached
  • Additional approval is required

Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient credits if ongoing work is required.

Backups

Webueno may offer backup services through hosting add-ons.

Backup services may include:

  • Daily automated backups
  • Manual backups
  • Website restore functionality

Users remain responsible for maintaining their own disaster recovery practices where required.
While backups are designed to improve website protection, no backup system can guarantee complete protection from all possible data loss scenarios.

Security

Webueno implements various security measures including:

  • Firewall protection
  • Server hardening
  • Infrastructure monitoring
  • SSL encryption

However, no hosting provider can guarantee complete protection from all attacks, vulnerabilities, or security incidents.

Users are encouraged to:

  • Use strong passwords
  • Keep software updated
  • Follow security best practices

Uptime & Availability

Webueno continuously monitors hosting infrastructure and works to maximize service availability. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Downtime may occur due to:

  • Infrastructure maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Third-party provider outages
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Security incidents
  • Force majeure events

Additional uptime expectations are outlined within our Service Level Information (SLA).

Resource Usage

Users may not use hosting services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Malware distribution
  • Spam operations
  • Excessive resource abuse
  • Activities that negatively impact infrastructure stability

Webueno reserves the right to suspend services that threaten platform performance, security, or compliance.

Domains & DNS

Users are responsible for:

  • Domain registration
  • Domain renewals
  • DNS ownership

Webueno may provide assistance with DNS configuration but does not assume ownership or responsibility for user domains.

Billing & Renewals

Hosting services are billed on a recurring basis.

Users authorize Webueno to automatically process recurring payments for:

  • Hosting subscriptions
  • Active add-ons
  • Applicable upgrades

Users may manage subscriptions through the platform.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service suspension.

Hosting Cancellation

Users may cancel hosting at any time through the platform.

Before cancellation, users are responsible for:

  • Downloading website data
  • Migrating websites if necessary
  • Backing up important information

Hosting services and associated add-ons may stop functioning once cancellation is completed.

Limitation of Liability

Webueno is not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Website downtime
  • Third-party software failures
  • Plugin conflicts
  • Theme issues
  • Security incidents
  • Data loss caused by factors outside Webueno’s reasonable control

Hosting services are provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis.

Changes to Hosting Services

Webueno may improve, modify, or replace hosting technologies and infrastructure as services evolve.
Changes will be implemented in a manner intended to maintain or improve service quality.
